5.1 Delivery and transport
Delivery
During transport or storage of the machine, measures
must be taken to protect the machine from excessive
vibration and moisture.
Check the panel saw for visible transport damage after
delivery. If you discover any damage to the panel saw,
immediately report it to the transport company or the de
-
aler.
Transport
Ambient temperature range: -25 ° C to +55 ° C.
Some parts of the machine may be stored in the control
cabinet for easier shipping. Take them out with support
before moving the machine on.
Transport with a forklift / pallet truck:
For shipping, the boxed unit is delivered on a pallet so
that it can be transported by forklift or pallet truck. The
machine is secured on a pallet with four hexagon
screws.
Step 1: Prepare a stacker or hand pallet truck with suffi

cient capacity.
Step 2: Place the forks under the machine in the pallet.
Transport by crane:
If you use a crane (E, Fig. 4) or a similar hoist, proceed
as follows:
Step 1: Attach the lifting devices of the crane to the at

tachment points of the table saw (Fig.4).
Step 2: Fix the lifting equipment on a crane hook with the
required capacity.
Step 3: Loosen the four screws holding the machine to
the pallet.
Step 4: Lift the machine off the pallet with the crane and
place it in the place of use.
Step 5: Push and position the machine with the help of

WARNING!

If the weight of the device and the permissible lifting
capacity of the lifting gear are not observed during
transport or lifting, the device may topple over or fall
over.

- The lifting and transport of the machine must be car

ried out by qualified specialists. You must also have
the necessary special facilities available.
- Check lifting gear and load attachment means for
perfect condition.
