10 Disposal, Recycling of old equipment
In your own interests and in the interests of the environ
-
ment, please ensure that all components of the machine
are disposed of in the proper and approved way.
10.1 Decommission
Disused devices must be taken out of service immedi
-
ately in order to prevent later misuse and endangering
the environment or people.
Step 1: Remove all environmentally hazardous fluids
from the old unit.
Step 2: If necessary, disassemble the machine into ma
-
nageable and usable assemblies and compo
-
nents.
Step 3: To guide the machine components and opera
-
ting materials to the appropriate disposal routes.
10.2 Disposal of electrical equipment
Please note that electrical appliances contain a variety of
recyclable materials as well as environmentally harmful
components.
Make sure that these components are disposed of sepa
-
rately and properly. In case of doubt, please contact your
municipal waste disposal.
If necessary, the help of a specialized waste manage
-
ment company can be used for the treatment.
10.3 Disposal of lubricants
The disposal instructions for the lubricants used are pro

vided by the lubricant manufacturer. If necessary, ask for
the product-specific data sheets.
11 Troubleshooting
There will be no errors if the machine is used properly
and properly maintained.
If the suction hose is blocked with chips, the machine
should be switched off before handling and the chips
should be removed.
Switch off the device immediately as soon as a work
-
piece jams! A blunt saw blade often causes the electric
motor to overheat. If the machine vibrates too much,
check the setting and anchoring, and possibly also the
tightening and balancing of the tools used.

Unbalanced tool.
The machine is not standing on firm ground or is not sufficiently secured.
