Operation of the panel saw
Check if the machine is working properly before using
the machine for a single pass.
- Make sure that the electrical cables are not dama
-
ged so as to avoid injury due to electric shock
(electric shock).
- Check regularly whether the safety covers are
mounted correctly and are not damaged. Repair
damaged covers immediately or have them re
-
placed by a qualified person.
- Do not operate the device with the cover removed.
- Do not use saw blades that are distorted, broken or
dull.
- Always use the saw blade that is suitable for the re
-
quired work and that meets the machine specifica
-
tions. The tools must comply with EN 847-1: 2005.
- Replace blunt saw blades as soon as possible
because blunt saw blades can cause injury or da
-
mage.
- Never use the saw blades at higher speeds than
recommended by the manufacturer.
- Before replacing or adjusting the tools, stop all
functions of the machine and disconnect the plug
from the socket.
- Do not remove or otherwise interfere with safety
devices such as covers, limit switches.
- When handling parts, ask for help from a qualified
person about your options.
- It is not recommended to work on the machine du
-
ring a storm.
With the sliding table of the sliding table saw large-sized
workpieces can be cut, without the stresses that would
occur through sawing on a stationary table.
In addition, the saw can be used as a regular table saw
to cut smaller workpieces. The saw blade rotates on a
spindle and breaks through the wood, making a conti
-
nuous impact.
Sawing
Step 1: Slowly guide the workpiece towards the saw
blade and allow the saw blade to cut. It is not
necessary to force the material.
Step 2: Hold the workpiece firmly when feeding it to the
saw blade and use the table for support. Always
use a push stick and keep your hand away from
the saw blade.
For best results, the saw blade must be sharp and in
good condition. A damaged or worn saw blade should al
-
ways be replaced as soon as possible.
