This register pair is used to store the touch key module n 16-bit C/F counter value. This 16-bit C/F
counter will be stopped and the counter content will be kept unchanged when the touch key time slot
counter overflows. This register pair will be cleared to zero when the TKST bit is set low.

controlled by the hardware circuit regardless of the MnSOF2~MnSOF0 bits value.
