The thickness of the pocket insert is 1/16" (1.6 mm)
or less.
The pocket inserts are severely chipped, cracked
or gouged.
Brackets:

Replace if:
The thickness of the bracket cap at the top is less
than 3/8" (9.5 mm) when measured approximately
1/4" (6.4 mm) in from the edge.
The brackets are gouged, cracked or otherwise
severely damaged.
