Das digitale Höhen-Messgerät wird zum Anreißen und Markieren von
Werkstücken und zur Messung von Höhen und Abständen eingesetzt.
Vor Inbetriebnahme des Höhen-Messgeräts, empfehlen wir Ihnen,
die Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam zu lesen.

2. Wichtige Hinweise vor Inbetriebnahme
Das Höhen-Messgerät verlangt keine umfangreiche Pflege.
Um gleichbleibende Messgenauigkeit und Funktionstüchtigkeit zu gewähr-
leisten, sollte aber auf folgendes geachtet werden:

Höhen-Messgerät vor Staub, Wasser oder Öl schützen.

Maßstab stets sauber und trocken halten. Dazu diesen von Zeit zu Zeit
mit einem trockenen Tuch reinigen.
„
Ein verschmutztes Gehäuse mit einem trockenen, weichen Tuch reini-
gen. Bei starker Verschmutzung mit einem in neutralem Lösungsmittel
leicht angefeuchteten Tuch abwischen. Flüchtige organische Lösungs-
mittel wie Verdünner sind zu vermeiden, da diese Flüssigkeiten das
Gehäuse beschädigen können.

Bei Nichtbenutzung Schnittstelle mit der entsprechenden Abdeckung
verschließen.

Das Höhen-Messgerät verlangt keine umfangreiche Pflege.
Um gleichbleibende Messgenauigkeit und Funktionstüch-

2. Important hints prior to using the d igital
h eight g age
The d igital h eight g age requires no extensive care. In
order to ensure constant accuracy and operational
reliabili-ty the following should be observed:
• Protect the digital height gage from dust, water or oil.
• Keep the beam free from dust and dirt by periodically
cleaning it with a dry, clean cloth.
• Clean a dirty housing with a dry, soft cloth. Remove
heavy soiling with a cloth wetted with a neutral reacting
solvent. Volatile organic solvents like thinners are not to
be used, as these liquids can damage the housing.
• Protect the data output opening with the respective
cover when not in use.
• Unauthorized opening of the instrument forfeits the
warrenty.

2. Consignes importantes avant la pre-
mière mise en service
Le trusquin ne demande pas d’entretien intensif. Pour
garantir une précision de mesure et un fonctionnement
constant, il faut respecter les instructions suivantes :
• Protégez le trusquin re la poussière,
l’eau et l’huile.
• Maintenez le trusquin sec et propre en le nettoyant de
temps en temps avec un chiffon sec.
• Nettoyez le boîtier avec un chiffon sec et doux. En cas
de salissure importante nettoyez le trusquin avec un
chiffon légèrement humidifié d’un détergent neutre.
Evitez des détergents organiques volatiles tels que les
diluants, car ils peuvent endommager le boîtier.
• Protégez la sortie de données avec le couvercle appro -
prié si celle-ci n’est pas utilisée.
• Une ouverture ou intervention sur l’instrument annu -
lerait aussitôt toute garantie.

2. Note importanti prima della messa in
funzione
Il truschino non richiede particolari cure, per garantire
una costante accuratezza e affidabilità osservare le
seguenti note:
• Proteggere lo strumento da polvere, acqua e olio.
• Mantenere la guida esente da polvere o altro,
pulendola periodicamente con un panno asciutto
e pulito.
• Pulire il coperchio dalla sporcizia usando un panno
morbido e asciutto. In caso di sporco resistente ,
utilizzare un solvente neutro. Non utilizzare solventi
organici, potrebbero danneggiare il coperchio in modo
irreparabile.
• Proteggere il connettore di uscita dati con l’apposita
chiusura quando non viene utilizzato.
• L’apertura dello strumento senza autorizzazione ne fa
immediamente decadere la garanzia.

Anreissen von Werkstücken
– Feststellschraube 5 der Feineinstellvorrichtung und
Feststell schraube Schieber 6 öffnen
– Mess- und Anreissspitze durch Verschieben per Hand
auf Referenz (z.B. Messplatte) positionieren und
Anzeige durch Drücken der Taste SET auf „0,00“ setzen
– Schieber 2 durch Verschieben per Hand grob
positionieren (gewünschter Wert+/-1 mm)
– Feststellschraube 5 der Feineinstelleinrichtung klem-
men
– Schieber 2 über Feineinstellschraube 1 3 auf
gewünschten Wert fein positionieren
– Schieber 2 über Feststell schraube 6 klemmen.
Das Anreissen des Werkstücks kann jetzt durch-
geführt werden.

– Anzeige des Höhenmessgerätes durch Verschieben

Scribing and marking workpieces
– Loosen the locking screw 5 of the fine adjustment
device and the locking screw of the slide 6
– Position the measuring and scribing point moving per
hand to set the reference (e.g. on a base plate) and
set the display to „0,00“ by pressing SET button
– Roughly position the slide 2 moving per hand (desired
value +/-1 mm)
– Lock into place the locking screw 5 of the fine adjust -
ment device
– Finely position the slide 2 using the fine adjustment
screw 1 3 to the desired value
– Clamp the slide 2 using the the locking screw 6
into position.
Marking the workpiece can now be accomplished.
Measuring workpieces
– Loosen the locking screw 5 of the fine adjustment
device and the locking screw of the slide

– Position the measuring and scribing point moving per
hand to set the reference (e.g. on a base plate) and
set the display to „0,00“
– Use the hand to position the measuring and
scribing point on the workpiece
– Read off the measured value of the display.
Measuring with a t est i ndicator
Fasten a holder with a Test Indicator in place of
the measuring and scribing point
Zero setting
– Position the slide 2 moving per hand to set the
reference e.g. on a base plate (desired value +/- 1 mm)
– Lock into place the locking screw 5 of the fine adjust -
ment device

– Set the display of the Height Gage by moving per hand
to set the reference (e.g. on a base plate) and set the
display to „0,00“
Traçage de pièces

Maintenant le traçage des pièces peut être executé.
Mesure de pièces
– Desserrer la vis de blocage

– Placer la pointe de traçage et de traçage par la main
pour définir la référence (par exemple sur un marbre
de base) et régler l'affichage à "0,00"

– Mettre l’affichage du trusquin à la main sur la
référence (par exemple marbre) et mettre l’affichage
à „0,00“

– Leggere il valore misurato sul display.

riferimento (es. piano) all’incirca ( prec/- 1 mm)
– Bloccare la vite

– Settare il display del truschino muovendolo ma-

Schraube auf rechter Gehäuseseite lösen und
Abdeckung abnehmen. Batteriehalter seitlich nach
rechts aus dem Gehäuse entfernen. Verbrauchte
Batterie aus dem Schieber herausnehmen.
Neue Batterie CR2032 in den Schieber einsetzen.
Darauf achten, dass der Pluspol auf dem + Zeichen
des Schiebers liegt! Den Schieber wieder in das
Gehäuse einstecken. Lebensdauer der Batterie: ca.
drei bis vier Jahre (wenn Elektronik außerhalb der
normalen Arbeitszeit ausgeschaltet wird.) Loosen the screw on the right side of the case and remove
the cover. Remove battery holder to the right side of the
chassis. Remove the used battery from the slide.
Insert the new CR2032 battery in the slide. Make sure that
the positive pole is on the + sign of the slide! Insert the
slide back into the housing. Battery life: about three to four
years (if electronics is switched off outside office hours.)

Svitare la vite della parte destra della custodia e
togliere il coperchio. Rimuovere il supporto ed
estrarre della batteria la batteria esausta
inserire una nuova batteria CRCR2032.
Assicurarsi che il + sia posizionato
Correttamente nel supporto. Riposizionare il
supprto nella custodia. La durata della batteria
è di 3 o 4 anni se l'apparecchio viene spento
dopo ogni utilizzo.
Posizionare la punta di misura a mano per impostare
il riferimento (per esempio su un piano base) e
impostare il display a "0,00"

2. Important hints prior to using the d igital
h eight g age
The d igital h eight g age requires no extensive care. In
order to ensure constant accuracy and operational
reliabili-ty the following should be observed:
• Protect the digital height gage from dust, water or oil.
• Keep the beam free from dust and dirt by periodically
cleaning it with a dry, clean cloth.
• Clean a dirty housing with a dry, soft cloth. Remove
heavy soiling with a cloth wetted with a neutral reacting
solvent. Volatile organic solvents like thinners are not to
be used, as these liquids can damage the housing.
• Protect the data output opening with the respective
cover when not in use.
• Unauthorized opening of the instrument forfeits the
warrenty.

2. Consignes importantes avant la pre-
mière mise en service
Le trusquin ne demande pas d’entretien intensif. Pour
garantir une précision de mesure et un fonctionnement
constant, il faut respecter les instructions suivantes :
• Protégez le trusquin re la poussière,
l’eau et l’huile.
• Maintenez le trusquin sec et propre en le nettoyant de
temps en temps avec un chiffon sec.
• Nettoyez le boîtier avec un chiffon sec et doux. En cas
de salissure importante nettoyez le trusquin avec un
chiffon légèrement humidifié d’un détergent neutre.
Evitez des détergents organiques volatiles tels que les
diluants, car ils peuvent endommager le boîtier.
• Protégez la sortie de données avec le couvercle appro
-
prié si celle-ci n’est pas utilisée.
• Une ouverture ou intervention sur l’instrument annu -
lerait aussitôt toute garantie.

2. Note importanti prima della messa in

Il truschino non richiede particolari cure, per garantire
una costante accuratezza e affidabilità osservare le
seguenti note:
• Proteggere lo strumento da polvere, acqua e olio.
• Mantenere la guida esente da polvere o altro,
pulendola periodicamente con un panno asciutto
e pulito.
• Pulire il coperchio dalla sporcizia usando un panno
morbido e asciutto. In caso di sporco resistente ,
utilizzare un solvente neutro. Non utilizzare solventi
organici, potrebbero danneggiare il coperchio in modo
irreparabile.
• Proteggere il connettore di uscita dati con l’apposita
chiusura quando non viene utilizzato.
• L’apertura dello strumento senza autorizzazione ne fa
immediamente decadere la garanzia.

Schraube auf rechter Gehäuseseite lösen und
Abdeckung abnehmen. Batteriehalter seitlich nach
rechts aus dem Gehäuse entfernen. Verbrauchte
Batterie aus dem Schieber herausnehmen.
Neue Batterie CR2032 in den Schieber einsetzen.
Darauf achten, dass der Pluspol auf dem + Zeichen
des Schiebers liegt! Den Schieber wieder in das
Gehäuse einstecken. Lebensdauer der Batterie: ca.
drei bis vier Jahre (wenn Elektronik außerhalb der
normalen Arbeitszeit ausgeschaltet wird.) Loosen the screw on the right side of the case and remove
the cover. Remove battery holder to the right side of the
chassis. Remove the used battery from the slide.
Insert the new CR2032 battery in the slide. Make sure that
the positive pole is on the + sign of the slide! Insert the
slide back into the housing. Battery life: about three to four
years (if electronics is switched off outside office hours.)

Svitare la vite della parte destra della custodia e

inserire una nuova batteria CRCR2032.
Assicurarsi che il + sia posizionato
Correttamente nel supporto. Riposizionare il
supprto nella custodia. La durata della batteria
è di 3 o 4 anni se l'apparecchio viene spento
dopo ogni utilizzo.
