Steam power will degrade with time and frequency of use. When this happens, the
device should be descaled.
1. Turn off and unplug the device from the mains outlet.
2. Disconnect the hose and dismantle the adjustable frame tubes.
3. Follow the instructions in steps 1-8 in section 9. Cleaning and maintenance.
Leave the water tank outside the device.
4. Prepare a solution of 50% of vinegar and 50% of water. Two cups of the solution
should be enough.
5. Pour the solution following the instructions in subsection 7.3 Filling the water
tank.

The water tank should be half-filled with the solution. In the standing position,
the solution should be visible through the water filler hole.
7. Leave the solution in the water tank for approx. 40 minutes.
8. After 40 minutes, empty the water tank. Unscrew the cap and pour the contents
of the water tank into the sink. It is recommended to rinse the water tank with
fresh water, until the smell of the solution is gone. Then screw the cap back on
and replace the tank in the device.
You can also use commercially available descaling agents based on citric acid.
Follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer/importer of the agent.
CAUTION!
Never immerse the plug, the power cord or the device in water or other liquids.
After use and prior to opening the water filler cap, wait for the device to cool
down.
9. REPAIR
The device does not contain any user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to repair the
device on your own. Always have the device repaired by a professional.
If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by the manufacturer, authorized
customer service or other qualified personnel.
1. Clean the device in accordance with the instructions and leave it to dry completely.
It is recommended to store the device in its original packaging.
2. Keep the device in a dry and well-ventilated place inaccessible to children.
3. Protect the device against vibration and shock during transport.
