4. Attach the upper element of the frame onto the two frame tubes, making
sure that the two tubes of the frame are at the same height. Then press the two
silver pins at the upper part of both frame tubes and, at the same time, press the
upper frame element into both tubes until the rack pins are locked into the two
holes of the upper element of the frame.
5. Next, remove the frame tubes completely. To do this, unlock the upper and
lower latches, and then remove the tubes. Close the latches.
Caution! To use the device, the frame tubes must be extended to the maximum.
6. Affix the hanger and steamer head holder on the vertical bolt on the upper
element of the frame.
7. Next, insert the steamer head into the steamer head holder and place the
hanger in the hanger mounting bracket.
