cotton with cotton etc. The iron heats up faster than it cools down.
Accordingly, start with fabrics that require the lowest ironing temperature,
such as synthetics. Then move to garments that require higher ironing
temperatures.
7.2 FILLING THE WATER RESERVOIR
ATTENTION!
Use only tap water. If the tap water in your location is very hard,
using distilled or demineralized water is recommended. Do not use water that
has been chemically descaled.
• Do not put any objects into the water reservoir.
• Do not add water while ironing or when the iron is hot.
1. Make sure that the iron is unplugged from the power supply.
2. Set the steam burst power adjustment slider to the “no steam”
position, and
the temperature control knob to the min (minimum) position.
3. Open the water inlet cover.

Hold the iron upright and fill the water reservoir (do not exceed the maximum
level shown on the side of the iron) using the included measuring cup.
5. Close the water inlet cover.
7.3 DRY IRONING
1. Place the iron upright.
2. Set the steam burst power adjustment slider to the / (no steam)
position.
3. Plug the cord into an earthed power supply socket.

Set the temperature control knob to the ironing temperature required for the
given type of fabric (check the garment’s ironing temperature on its laundry
care label). If no such information is available, use the data provided in the table
below.
Attention!
Water may remain in the water reservoir during dry ironing.
5. The indicator light will turn on.
6.
When this light goes out, it means that the iron has reached the desired
temperature.
