Replacing the diaphragm is very easy. Always pull the mains connector from the socket before you open the housing.

First remove the hose connection at the housing floor.

Then unscrew the screws underneath the rubber feet on the bottom side of the housing and remove the housing cover.

Now unscrew the two screws of the air chamber and remove the chamber from the pump housing.

After you have removed the diaphragm from the air chamber,

you can press the diaphragm together with the magnet bracket towards the outside on the rubber insert.

Now unscrew the hexagon screw on the diaphragm and replace it.
Installing the replacement diaphragm is done in reverse order. Ensure that the diaphragm fits correctly on the air chamber.
