Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if you have any physical or health condition s that
coul d create a ri sk to your health and safety, or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your doctor's a dvice is essential if you
a re ta king medication that a ffects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level. This i s especially i mportant for persons over the
a ge of 35, pregnant women, or those wi th pre-existing health problems or balance impairments.

Before using this equipment to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up.
3.
Be a wa re of your body's s ignals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising i f you experience any of the
fol lowing symptoms: pain, ti ghtness i n your chest, i rregular heartbeat, extreme s hortness of breath, feeling light headed, dizzy or
na useous. If you do experience any of these conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing with exercise program. Injuries
to hea lth may result from i ncorrect or excessive training.

Duri ng exercises a nd a fter keep children and pets a way from the equipment.
5.
Us e the equipment on a s olid, flat level s urface with a protective cover for your floor or ca rpet. Move a ll sharp objects.
6.
Free a rea s hall be not l ess than 0,6 m grea ter than the training
a rea in the directions from which the equipment is accessed. Free
a rea must also include the area for emergency dismount. Where
equipment is positioned adjacent to each other the va lue of the
free a rea may be s hared.
7.
Before each use, vi sually i nspect the unit i ncluding hardware and
res istance bends.
8.
Before using the equipment, check i f the nuts, bolts a nd other
bends are securely ti ghtened.
9.
Al wa ys use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective
components whilst assembling or checking the equipment, or if
you hea r a ny unusual noise coming from the equipment while
us i ng, stop. Do not use the equipment until the problem has been
recti fied.
10.
Do not i nsert any object into any openings.
11.
Be a ware of all regulation a nd constructions parts which may disturb during exercises.
12.
The s afety l evel of the equipment ca n only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage a nd/or wear a nd tear.
13.
Wea r s uitable clothing whilst using the equipment. Avoi d wearing l oose cl othing which may get caught in the equipment or that may
res tri ct or prevent movement.
14.
The equipment has been tested a nd certified according to EN ISO 20957-1 under class H. It is not s uitable for therapeutic use.
15.
Ca re must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as not to injure your back. Always use proper lifting techniques a nd/or
us e assistance.
16.
The equipment is designed for adult use only. Keep unsupervised children a way from the equipment.
17.

MAINTENANCE
Us e a soft, damp cloth to wipe the edge of the belt and the area between the belt edge a nd fra me. Al so reach as far as practical directly under
the belt edge. A mild soap a nd water s olution along with a nylon scrub brush will cl ean the top of the textured belt. This ta sk should be done
once a month.
Allow to dry before using
. On a monthly basis, va cuum underneath your treadmill to prevent build-up. Once a year, you should
remove the motor s hield a nd va cuum out dirt that may a ccumulate.
