The boiler room must be equipped with an adequate air supply and exhaust ventilation, with an air
supply duct located above the boiler room floor, and the exhaust duct located under the ceiling.
The boiler room must be closed with anti-fire door of the EI30 fire resistance class. The door should
be equipped with an automatic closing mechanism. During boiler operation the door of the boiler
room should be closed.
8.3 Chimney system
Due to requirement of low chimney draft, fumes low temperature and possibility that
condensate follow selection of the proper chimney liner is of prime importance!
It is recommended to use ceramic or stainless heat resisting steel chimney liner, which will
provide proper conditions for boiler's work.
Proper connection of boiler smoke conduit to the chimney liner is crucial for proper operation of the
