In a closed system, there can work only boilers with cooling coil protection against
overheating of the device, if local laws do not state otherwise!
The coil must be connected to the water supply system, absolutely guaranteeing a continuous
supply of water - regardless of electric power supply. Water supply to the protective coil is
controlled by the thermostatic valve, which opens the water flow at the time the boiler has exceeded
the safe operating temperature. The outflow of water from the coil protection should be connected
to the sewer drain. The requirements for thermostatic valves and water supply system are shown in
Table 6.
