Operating Instructions
Operating temperature: 0
°
C to 50°C (From 40 to 50 de-rating avoid condensation and icing)
Operating humidity: 20 % to 80 % RH (Avoid condensation and icing)
Vibration/Shock resistance: Less than 49 m/s
2
(In three direction: Vertical, side to side, and
front to back)
Elevation: Less than 1.000 meters (From 1.000 m to 2.000 m de-rating)
Prevent the operation of high-frequency, remote control and radio equipment near
components of the electric drive and control system and their supply leads. If the use of
these devices cannot be avoided, check the machine or installation, at initial commissioning
of the electric drive and control system, for possible malfunctions when operating such high-
frequency, remote control and radio equipment in its possible positions of normal use. It
might possibly be necessary to perform a special electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test.
Danger!
Danger from Hot Surface!
Do not place flammable materials around the motor, driver or regenerative resistor.
Do not use in environment with corrosive, flammable gases or flammable materials.
Do not touch the surface of servo motor, regenerative resistor and driver which will be hot
when operating.
Warning
! Personal Injury or Damage to Property.
The environment temperature will rise due to the motor operating.
AC servo motor grounding terminal must be installed properly.
9.3
Residual risks
Caution!
Personal Injury or Damage to Property.
During normal operation, there are no residual risks associated with the AC servo motor
components. Warnings about risks that may arise during commissioning, maintenance and
repair work are provided in the relevant sections.
