It is mandatory to abide by clearance to combustibles provided in this manual and on the
nameplate attached to the furnace. Failure to abide by the clearance requirements may result in a
fire. Unit must be placed on a noncombustible floor.

Hot Air (Supply Duct) Hookup
With the furnace now in place and the flue connector connected to the chimney it is time to
connect the supply duct to the plenum of your present furnace or its main trunk line.
NOTE: The hot air supply duct system should be constructed of materials with a minimum
temperature rating of 250 deg. F. Also, the plenums installed to the furnaces are to be
constructed of metal.
