5-8 Ribbon LED/Sensor Calibration
- When Should You Calibrate Ribbon LED’s & Sensors?
1. When Ribbon Out (Yellow Out) occurs
2. When you change the Ribbon LED Board or Ribbon Sensor Board
3. When you change the Main Board.
- How to Calibrate?
1. Remove the ribbon from the CS-200e
2. Clean the Ribbon LED’s and Ribbon Sensors
3. Close the ribbon door and then power on the printer
4. Connect the CS-200e to a PC then run HTools.exe
5. Go to “Ribbon” page and then click “Request Value” to obtain the current values
6. Click “Calibrate” to calibrate the values of the ribbon LED’s & sensors
NOTE:
The correct value of the last one of each set should be between 200±10.
