SECTION 5 FRONT ATTACHMENT

W5-2-2-4

Installation

IMPORTANT: If a hammer is used to install the

bushing, the bushing may be damaged. Install the

bushing by using a press.

CAUTION: Arm cylinder weight: 260 kg (575 lb)

1. Hoist arm cylinder (1). Fit the hole at the cylinder

bottom side with the cylinder mounting hole on the

boom.

CAUTION: Metal fragments may fly off when

a hammer is used. Wear necessary protection,

such as goggles, helmets, etc in order to prevent

personal injury.

2. Fit thrust plates (13) and pin (14) with the cylinder

mounting hole on the boom. Install pin (14) by

using a hammer.

3. Install bolt (17) to pin (14) and stopper (16) with

nuts (15) (2 used).
