Condensation occurs in
Selectable Compartment
Don’t you place a large amount of vegetable containing much water?
As the Vegetable Compartment is more humid than the other
compartments when storing vegetables in the selectable compartment,
dew may be condensed in the case or ceiling, or on the surface of food,
depending on the amount or type of vegetable stored there.
This is not abnormal state. To avoid dew condensation, wrap a
vegetable with plastic food wrap before storing it in the Vegetable
Compartment. Heavy dew condensation may cause water to be
pooled in the Vegetable Compartment. Wipe it off with a soft cloth.
Switching notification sign
does not light
Check the “switching notification sign” on the door display.
Switching notification sign lights up while switching the setting of
the selectable compartment. When using with the setting as it is at
purchased (Upper and Lower Selectable Compartments are set as
"frozen" and "refrigerated" respectively), the "switching notification
sign" at the door display panel does not light.
Door of Selectable
Compartment cannot be
closed, or Upper Case
doesn’ t return back to the
locking position when the
door is opened.
Is any food, etc. caught between the
upper case and the lower case?
Remove it if any.
Isn’t a plastic bottle and/or food item

Store PET bottle, food, etc. so that they don’t come in contact with the
locking handle.
