Battery indicator Charging status
On
The battery is charging.
The charging time is approximately four hours.
The battery might become hot depending on
the ambient temperature or operating time. If
this occurs, the charging station automatical-
ly waits until the battery cools down and the
charging time might become longer.


Off
Charging is completed (fully charged).
When charging is completed, it turns off.
* When the battery indicator flashes quickly (about two times per
second), there is a problem with the charging station or battery.


* If you remove the stick cleaner from the charging station while
the battery indicator is off and then set it on the charging sta-
tion again, the battery indicator will turn on, which is normal.
WARNING
Do not touch the output terminals of the
charging station or the charger termi-
nals of the stick cleaner.
Failure to heed this warning might cause shock or injury.

Blinking

The remaining battery level is low.
Charge the battery.
* Depending on the environment in which the vacuum cleaner is
to be used, the battery indicator might start blinking earlier.
* When the battery indicator flashes quickly (about two times per
second), the motor might have become hot or there might be a
problem with the battery.


* When the battery indicator is flashing (about once per four sec-
onds), the vacuum cleaner is in a protective operating mode to
prevent the battery from overheating.
Suction power might become weak.

