Sampling Pulse Adjustment
Phenomenon due to incomplete adjustment:
The S/N of output image deteriorates.
Status during adjustment:
Lens capped (shading light from lens)
Procedure:
1) Input 1 to PC on the camera adjustment menu screen.
2) The screen for verifying the start of adjustment will appear: Input Y to PC.

3) The screen for verifying that lens is capped will appear: Press any key on
PC.
4) The screen showing that the sampling pulse is being adjusted will
appear, and then the sampling pulse adjustment complete screen will
appear. Press any key on PC to restore the camera adjustment menu
screen on PC display.
5) Turn the DVD video camera/recorder off for at least 5 seconds, and then
turn it on again. (The camera adjustment menu screen will be restored,
and continuing other adjustments will be possible.) (*2)
*1: If N is input to PC on the screen for verifying the start of adjustment, the
camera adjustment menu screen will be restored: If the Esc key is
pressed, the main menu screen will be restored.
*2: When the DVD video camera/recorder is turned on again, the MAP may
not operate normally, and continuing other adjustments may not be
possible. If this happens, press the Esc key to restore the MS-DOS
screen, restart the MAP, and then perform the other adjustments (this
adjustment item is complete).
