Be sure to remove the storage battery (BCL 1015) from the main body before servicing. Inadvertent
triggering of the switch with the storage battery connected will result in the danger of accidentally activating
the motor.
1. Precautions on Disassembly and Reassembly
The

1. Removing the Drill Chuck 10MM
Turn the sleeve of Drill Chuck 10MM

counterclockwise (when viewed from the front) until the jaw of Drill

fully opens. Unfasten Special Screw (Left Hand) (B) M5 X 25

clockwise, and then remove it.
(Note that the screw tightens counterclockwise.) Next, align the drill mark [
