11. CONFIRMATION AFTER REASSEMBLY
11-1. Internal Wire Precautions
When connecting internal wires, be very careful not to remove the insulation covering of each internal wire more
than needed. Also, ensure that the internal wires are not pinched between the mating surfaces of the handle.
11-2. Insulation Tests
On completion of disassembly and repair, measure the insulation resistance and conduct dielectric strength test.
Insulation resistance: 7 M

Dielectric strength: 2500 V/1 minute ......... 110 V to 120 V
4000 V/1 minute ......... 220 V to 240 V
11-3. No-load Current Value
After no-load operation for 30 minutes, the no-load current value should be as specified below at a frequency of
50/60 Hz.
110 V ... 6.3 A max.
120 V ... 6.0 A max.
220 V ... 3.0 A max.
230 V ... 3.1 A max.
240 V ... 3.0 A max.
