6.2
Removing an SFP transceiver (optional)
To disassemble SFP transceivers, you require the SFP mounting tool
available as an accessory .
See “Accessories” on page 68.

Insert the SFP mounting tool so into the SFP transceiver that the barbed
hooks point to the locking handle of the SFP transceivers.
Gently press the SFP mounting tool in the direction of the lock so that the
barbed hooks link into the strap.
Pull the SFP transceiver out of the socket using the mounting tool.
Close the socket with the protective cap.
