<Upper limit (°)> = -1.02 to +1.02(NR3), or OFF
<Lower limit (°)> = -1.02 to +1.02(NR3), or OFF
If the upper limit is set to a value out of above range, the upper limit becomes
OFF.
If the lower limit is set to a value out of above range, the lower limit becomes
OFF.
Query
<Upper limit (°)> = -1.02 to +1.02(NR3), or OFF
<Lower limit (°)> = -1.02 to +1.02(NR3), or OFF
Example
:CALC:LIM:PHAS 90.0, -90.0
The upper and lower limits are 90.0° and –90.0°, respectively.

The upper and lower limits (regardless of the range) are OFF and -90.0°, respectively.

The upper and lower limits (regardless of the range) are 90.0° and OFF, respectively.
Note
If the upper limit is set to a value smaller than the lower limit, the upper limit becomes the
same value as the lower.
