Function Obtains the frequency dividing ratio of
the external sync signal.

:HARMonic:LPF <NR1>
<NR1>= 0,1,2
0: None (no averaging)
1: Amplitude (Harmonicrms value)
2: Phase angle (Harmonic phase angle)
Example "HARMonic:LPF 1"
Amplitude is selected to be averaged.
Function According to the harmonic waveform
analysis results, selects an object to be
averaged.
