No.
Yes.

Perform Controller Test Procedure.

DID THE CONTROLLER TEST OK?

No.

Replace controller.
|
Check for 12 V between RL2 - 85 and RL2 - 86 (high beam relay coil).
WAS 12 V FOUND?
No.
Yes.

Check BLACK wire between P2 - 7 (controller) and RL2 - 85
|
for short to ground.
|
DID THIS FIND THE PROBLEM?
|
No.
Yes, done.
|

Replace high and low beam relays.
DID THIS FIND THE PROBLEM?
No.
Yes, done.

NO HIGH BEAM(S) ON TRUCK AND PLOW OK
Swap RL2 (high beam relay) with RL1 (low beam relay)
DID THIS SHIFT THE PROBLEM TO THE LOW BEAMS?
No.
Yes.

Replace the relay.

Perform Under Hood Harness Test Procedure.
DID UNDER HOOD HARNESS TEST OK?
No.
Yes.

Check that correct adapters are being used and they are firmly
|
connected to the headlights.
|
DID THIS FIND THE PROBLEM?

No.
