DIP Switches for user-defined input (S700)

The evaluation board NRPEB H90-RE offers four user-defined inputs
(S700-A, B, C and D), which can be specified by adjusting the DIP switches
according to the desired value. These values affect the signals MMIO00,
MMIO01, MMIO02 and MMIO03.
