Feature 16 is used to enable certain options for this area and code pads in this area. In addition, certain communicator
reports are enabled in Feature 16. Each of these options can be enabled by area. For additional area information see
Features 37-58 on pages 40-44.
If the option selection feature for any area is left blank, that area will use this feature
for the option selection.
