One broken blade Replace blades in pairs.

Blades not swinging Free blades so they swing
on the blade bolt
Blade pan bent or damaged Replace as necessary. Use

Mower not being operated
at rated rpm Set tractor throttle for proper
PTO speed during operation
Broken or defective u–joint
cross bearing Replace as necessary
Bent or damaged PTO shaft Repair or replace as
necessary
