1. New project can be built and the

deleted.
2.Input project name
(Note: The name of new project
shall not be the same as the name
of old projects)
2. Project settings
Project settings include coordinate system and other parameters
settings.
For measurement, coordinate system must be configured, because it
is related to the accuracy of coordinate. There are two methods to set
the coordinate system.
