Reset operation

When the Bluetooth is not connected, satellite searching fails and

network connection fails, the operation can be conducted in case

that instrument restarting does not work.

Reset receiver: In power on status, long press power button (>6s)

when LED begins flashing, release power button to reset, and then

restart the receiver.
