Set Legs and Weight Bags

You will want to setup the base

of the tower with the black slats

between the yellow legs as even/level with the ground as possible. This
will give you maximum stability during operation.

Once the black slats are level,

turn the two knobs (shown in the above

picture with red arrows) to lock the legs in place.
