10.6 Electronics

After disconnecting the centrifuge from the mains, wait for at least 2 minutes until the intermediate circuit
capacitors of the frequency converter have discharged.
Installation and removal for EBA 200:
•
Remove the upper housing part; see pg. 53, chapter 10.1.
•
Unplug all plugs from the electronics (pg. 50, Fig. 1, item 18).
•
Screw out the four fastening screws from the electronics (pg. 50, Fig. 1, q).
•
Exchange the electronics.
•
The electronics is installed in the opposite order.
Make sure that all plugs are plugged in again and all cables are fastened where they should be. For the
plug positions, see pg. 60, chapter 12.2.
Installation and removal for EBA 200 S, HAEMATOKRIT 200:
•
Remove the lid lock (A4); see pg. 54, chapter 10.5.
•
Unplug all plugs from the electronics (pg. 51, Fig. 2, item 19

pg. 52, Fig. 3, item 19).
•
Screw the six fastening screws out of the electronics (Fig. 4, a, b).
The two screws (Fig. 4, b) are located on the cooling plate of the electronics (A1).
•
Exchange the electronics.
•
The electronics is installed in the opposite order.
Make sure that all plugs are plugged in again and all cables are fastened where they should be. For the
plug positions, see pg. 60, chapter 12.2.

•

Lift up the control panel (pg. 50, Fig. 1, item 4.3

the fastening screws and pull out of the holder.
•
If necessary, unplug the ribbon cable (W1) from the control panel (A2).
•
The control panel is installed in the opposite order.
Make sure that all plugs are plugged in again and all cables are fastened where they should be. For the
plug positions, see pg. 60, chapter 12.2.
