•  Dark display: When on, the app background colour

turns from bright to dark

•  Language setting: Here you can set your desired

language

•  Change bicycle: Here you can disconnect from

a paired e-bike. This can be relevant if you want

another rider to use your e-bike and control it from

their own smartphone app. Two smartphone apps

cannot be connected to the same e-bike at the

same time.

•  Cycling data clear: Here you can delete the app

history

•  Reset: Here you can reset the app to the factory

settings

Operating the app

The app displays various information about your ride,

watt consumption and battery charge status. You may

find it convenient to acquire a smartphone mount for

your handlebar to have your smartphone placed easily

visible and accessible at your handlebar.

DANGER!

Never operate the app while your

e-bike is in motion as this prevents

you from carfully paying attention to

your surroundings which may result in

an accident which can damage your

e-bike and cause serious bodily injury.

On the app’s main screen you can monitor the

following:

•  Bluetooth icon: Shows the Bluetooth connection

status. When red, the app and motor are not

connected. When blue, the app and motor are

connected.

•  Battery icon: Shows the charge status of the

battery. If the battery is fully charged, the icon

shows five green bars. When the battery is close

to being discharged, the icon shows one red

bar. The number of green bars can vary a little

depending on riding conditions. For example,

when riding uphill the number of bars may go

down by one and then go back up one bar when

riding downhill immediately after.

•  Speedometer: The number in the middle shows

your running speed. The green left side of the

circle shows your relative speed. The red right

side of the circle shows your relative power

assist level. ODO in the lower part of the circle

shows your total distance travelled while the app

has been connected to the motor without any

disconnections.

•  AVS: Shows your average speed for your current

ride.

•  MXS. Shows your maximum speed for your

current ride.

•  TM: Shows the time passed for your current ride

•  TRIP: Shows the distance travelled for your

current ride.

•  Power: Shows the running power assist in watts.

•  TEMP: Shows the motor temperature.

•  The buttons Off, Eco, Tour and Sport lets you

choose your desired power assist level. Please see

chapter 2 about the motor for more information

about the power assist settings.

The app can only monitor your ride when open as the

primary app on your smartphone screen. It is not able

to keep running in the background if you open and

use any other app. For example, if you have not turned

on ‘Bright display’ in the app settings, the app stops

monitoring your ride if your screen locks according

to your general smartphone ‘Automatic lock’ settings.

This is also the case if you make or accept a call on

the phone. The app will in those instances cease to

meassure the time span of your ride.

5. Warranty

Hermansen Copenhagen ApS is obliged by law to

provide a 2 year right of complaint on your e-bike,

still has a capacity of 60% after two years or 500

charge cycles depending on which occurs first.

maintain and care for the e-bike, crashes, excessive

strain caused by excess loads, incorrect assembly

and handling, tuning or any changes or modifications

to the e-bike is not covered by this warranty. No

warranty claims can be made if the e-bike is used in

competitions, jumps or if exposed to extreme strain of

any other type.

The terms described here do not apply to commercial

use.
