When your e-bike needs cleaning, use a bucket of 

water and gently sponge off any accumulated dirt and 

salt from your bike. Dry your e-bike after cleaning to 

prevent rusting. 

Always disconnect and remove your battery before 

cleaning your e-bike.

Damage to your e-bike’s electrical 

system caused in any manner, 

including water intrusion, can lead 

to battery failure, electrical system 

malfunction and electrical fire and 

cause property damage, injury, or 

death. Follow all recommendations to 

minimize risk of water damage.

Precautions 

•  Do not disassemble the motor, or you may risk 

irreversible damage.

•  Do not loosen or remove the screws and nuts on 

the motor.

•  Do not expose the motor, cables or batteries to 

rain, snow, high temperature, and high humidity 

for a long time. 

•  When using the motor, do not ride through water 

or areas with snow, in order to avoid danger.

•  When using the motor, do not violently impact the 

motor, in order to avoid internal motor failure.

•  Do not immerse your motor into water.

•  Do not put the motor in flammable, explosive, 

corrosive and other gas environment.

Motor warranty exclusions

The product is modified or disassembled 

•  Damage is due to the following reasons: including, 

but not limited to, accident, abuse, negligence, 

abnormal installation, abnormal repair, abnormal 

maintenance, change, modification or other 

abnormal, excessive or abnormal use.

•  Appearance damage or degradation caused by 

surface polishing, beautification, etc.

•  Damage caused by improper transportation or 

storage.

•  Damage caused by unreasonable user 

configuration or unauthorized change of relevant 

accessory parameters.

•  Damage caused by force majeure

DANGER! 

Do not tamper with the motor system 

in any way. Aftermarket devices or 

software that alters the speed limit 

and/or an addition of throttle and/or 

other devices will void the warranty of 

your e-bike and will potentially create 

a severe safety hazard and might be 

deemed unlawful.
