Pour oil into reservoir up to fill lines [13 lbs. (6.12 kg.) and then replace cover
and push reservoir back into position.

Open door and pull reservoir forward.

Slide reservoir to the left and lift from fryer.

Clean reservoir at a sink with soap and water.
NOTE: Before placing the reservoir back into position, lubricate the O-rings on the
filter tube with cold oil. Check O-rings for tears or nicks and replace if necessary. To
replace O-ring, use a small, flat-bladed screwdriver, pry upon the O-ring and pull off of
end of tube.
