Replace lower jaw flap and upper jaw flap of

f Loosen the screws

on the upper and lower jaw.
f Remove the jaw halves

f Remove the pin

on the upper jaw flap

f Remove the pin

on the lower jaw flap

f Remove the upper jaw flap

and the lower jaw flap

f Remove the springs

.
NOTE
The flaps in the diameter 80 jaw are different from the flaps
in the diameter 30 and diameter 50 jaws.
f Insert the springs

into the new upper jaw flap
3
and
the new lower jaw flap
4
.
f Insert the upper jaw flap
3
into the upper half of the jaw
and secure with the pin

.
f Insert the lower jaw flap
4
into the lower half of the jaw
and secure with the pin

f Insert the sheet metal part QZ80

f Attach the jaw halves

f Apply a drop of Loctite 243 to the thread of each of the
screws

Insert the screws

and tighten.

• Screwdriver PH0 50
Check and replace the ribbon knife

Dismantle the jaws, à "Assemble jaws" on page 12
f Remove the end cap

CAUTION
Cut hazard The ribbon knife is extremely sharp
f Never touch the cutting edge with your fingers.
f Loosen the screw

and remove with the end cap
cover

from the reverse of the end cap

f Remove the ribbon knife

and clean with compressed
air.
f
Check the ribbon knife for damage and replace if
necessary.
f
Clean the end cap

with compressed air.
f
Insert the ribbon knife

with positive locking.
f Insert the cover of the end cap

with the screw

f Tighten the screw
