ASSEMBLY
The lawn mower is delivered unassembled. The complete push bar, the grass catcher and
the wheels must be assembled before using the lawnmower. Follow the operating instructions
step-by-step and use the pictures provided as a visual guide to easily assemble the machine.
1. Use the knob with washer to fix the lower handlebars into the mower body
(fig. 2)

The handle is height adjustable. Handles can be fixed in desired position
(fig. 3 + 4)
.
2. Connect upper and lower handles with supplied bushings
(fig. 5A)
, screws and nuts
(fig. 5B)
.
3. Fix the power cord with cable holders
(fig. 6)
.
4. Assemble the grass catcher. Insert one end of the handle with a projection into the grass
catcher
(fig. 7)
, and then fixed another end of the handle onto the grass catcher with
the screw
(fig. 8)
. Drop the cloth bag through the metal bracket, open up the reinforced
rim on the three sides by hand or using a screwdriver. Wrap and then clench the reinforced
material around the metal support brackets on the three sides to secure the bag in position
(fig. 9 - 11)
.
5. Lift the flap and place the grass box over the lugs
(fig. 12 + 13)
.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE STARTING
Always carry out a visual inspection before using your lawnmower to ensure that cutting tool,
retaining bolts and cable are not worn or damaged.
Carefully check the entire area to be mown and remove all foreign bodies.

The blade starts turning as soon as the motor is started. Cutting elements continue
to rotate for some time after the motor is switch off.
CAUTION!
A
Connect the machine to an outlet with revision according to European standards
only! Always use an extension cable with a cross section that corresponds with
the power input of device and the cable length.
STARTING
1. Connect the plug switch to an extension cable. Attach cable to cable restraint
(fig. 14)
,
ensuring that sufficient cable slack is available.
2. To prevent the machine switching on accidentally, the lawn mower is equipped with a safety
lock-off which must be pressed before the switching handle can be activated. Press the safety
push-button
(fig. 15A)
.
3. Standing behind the mower, pull the switch handle
(fig. 15B)
and keep it in grasp. The motor
starts. Release the safety button.
4. Release the switch handle to stop the motor and blade quickly if necessary.
