replace is supplied with a fully functional
remote control. This remote controls:
• ON/OFF Functions
• Flame height adjustments
• Cold Climate Feature
Please refer to the instructions included with the remote
control for more detailed operating instructions.
- Wait
fi
ve (5) minutes to allow possible
accumulated gas to clear.
- Set the IFT-ECM 3-position selector switch to ON
or IFT-REM position. Module will beep once and
fl
ash a three GREEN LED code on successful
startup.
- If placed in ON position, the appliance will ignite
normally if the error condition was corrected.
- If placed in IFT-REM position, use the paired IFT-
RC400, IFT-RC150 or wired wall switch to start
the appliance; appliance will ignite normally if the
error condition was corrected.
- If the IFT-ECM re-enters the lock-out condition
after these steps, call your dealer for service.
Optional Heat-Zone
®
Gas Kit
Once the optional Heat-Zone
®
Kit is installed by a quali-
fi
ed service technician during the appliance installation
process, follow the instruction supplied with the kit for op-
eration.
• Use the RC400 remote to set the Heat-Zone
®
to HI,
MED, LO or OFF. The Fan Speed dynamic icon is
used to change the setting. Refer to the RC400 quick
reference guide in section 6.C.
