GABLE END RAFTER BRACES
PARTS REQUIRED:
Using pre-drilled holes in Gable Braces at bottom as a guide, drill 1/4" x 2" DEEP
pilot holes into the Front Header Assembly.
DO NOT
drill through Header.
Install using 5/16 x 3" Lag Bolt, 5/16" Lock Washer, and 5/16" Flat Washer.
Using pre-drilled holes in Gable Braces at top as a guide, drill 1/2" holes
through the Rafters. Install T-nut at back side of rafter and secure using
2-3/4" Hex Bolt, 3/8" Lock Washer, and 3/8" Flat washer as shown.
