A-8. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
A. GENERAL
Profile Workout
Default value is 30min, 10km/h(max speed), and 0 for incline.
User can change the each values depends on his/her purpose.
1. Start the 'Profile Workout' App on main screen
2.. Choose one of seven options (P1 ~ P7)
In this workout program, the user can choose one of 6 preset
profiles and workout with the following profile pattern. The
heart rate monitor is not necessary for this workout.
3. Put the max. speed.
Initial speed is set on 10km/h.
4. Put the incline angle.
Initial incline is 0.
5. Put the time.
Initial time is 30 minutes.
To press "START" button to start the workout immediately
6. P7 is Customized Profile Workout.
Touch "NEXT" on the control bar.
7. Drag Red points by finger or regulation the level by +.-.
(1~8 levels)
To press "START" button to start the workout immediately
At the end of the duration, the workout goes into a
cool-down phase and the speed and incline decrease.
Cool down is a low-intensity phase that allows the body
to begin removing lactic acid, and other exercise
by-products, which build up in muscles and contribute
to soreness.
The cool-down lasts for 3 minutes.
After the cool-down, workout resume is displayed
for 30 seconds.
