A-7. INSTRUCTIONS
A. GENERAL
There are two different types of heart rate monitoring
system in Health- One’s Bike. 1. Wireless wearable
device type & 2. Contact Type to check user's heart rate
pulse continuously during workout.
Heart Rate Monitoring System
Contact Type Heart Rate Monitoring
There are two heart rate checking sensor on Left & Right
handle. It starts to recognize user's heart rate
after 30 sec when user holds grips by both hands.
Wristband Type Wireless Heart Rate Device (Option)
Mio Wireless Heart Rate device provides Heart Rate
Pulse data without any wire strap. By Bluetooth pairing,
it sends user's heart rate data to display it on bike's
screen without any motion noise.
How to Connect
First of all, touch (a) part of wearable device for
one or two seconds to start to 'FIND' Bluetooth device.
Then connect 'MioFuse' wearable device by touching
Heart rate icon on bike's menu like drawing (B).
CAUTION
ㆍIndividuals more than 5 minutes, depending
on the season to exercise may be measured.
ㆍDo not use it if you wear a cardiac support
devices such as a pacemaker or similar.
