A-8. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
A. GENERAL
Cardiovascular Workout/HR Goal
1. Go to the main screen and start Cadiovascular
Workout application
3. Please select gender (MALE, FEMALE)
4. Touch the Age and input your age
5. Touch the weight and input your weight
6. Touch the height and input your height
Maximum target heart rate is 90% of your maximum heart
rate. User can not input the above heart rate.
It is designed to conduct only maximum 90% of user's eart
rate in order to prevent excessive exercise.
2. Click the HR GOAL button
user will see "Wear heart-rate transmitter" and will not record
data if the sesor does not read heart rate.
Click the "NEXT" button from the below control bar
7. Input your target heart rate .
Select TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES. User can input with
/- button or digit key pad and press the "START" button.
Initial set-up target for Time is 30 minutes and you can change
your target/goal by clicking TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES buttons.
Speed and incline automatically will be controlled during
HR GOAL workout based on user's heart rate. Therefore,
user have to wear earable heart rate device
(Refer A-7 Heart Rate monitoring system)
Click the "NEXT" button from the below control bar
8. Select the Target.
By the end of workout, User will coduct Cool Down workout with
decreased speed and incline for 3 minutes. (Automatically will
conduct the Cool Down mode with Program Workout)
CAUTION
Please check your normal heart rate before workout
and immediately stop if heart rate meets near
the maximum heart rate (220 - age).
