A-8. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
A. GENERAL
CARDIO workout
Workout Programs
This workout makes the Bike’s level automatically
adjusted to take the heart rate to the reselected level and keep
it constantly throughout the workout. For this workout, the
user has to wear a wristband sensor or a heart rate chest belt.
(A-7-HEART RATE MONITORING SYSTEM)
1. Start the 'Cardiovascular Workout' from the
main screen.
3. Choose your gender(MALE / FEMALE)
4. Put your age
5. Put your weight
6. Put your height
CAUTION
When you want to reset the data in the process
of inputting the data for the program workout,
push the EMERGENCY STOP as a reset button
and release the button for retrial.
Input target value among TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES
with /- button, and push START
The CARDIO workout is designed to maintain an user’s heart
rate at 75 percent of the theoretical maximum for optimal
results promoting cardiovascular improvement.
2. Select CARDIO.
If the machine does not read the Heart rate signal from the
chest belt, “Wear heartrate transmitter” is displayed and the
procedure for inputting data can not proceed.

7. Input target value.
Initial set-up target for Time is 30 minutes and you can
change your target/goal by clicking TIME, DISTANCE,
CALORIES buttons.
At the end of the duration, the workout goes into a cool-down
phase and the speed and incline decrease. Cool down is
a low-intensity phase that allows the body to begin removing
lactic acid, and other exercise by-products, which build up
in muscles and contribute to soreness.
The cool-down lasts for 3 minutes.
After the cool-down, workout resume is displayed for 30 seconds.
