A-8. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
A. GENERAL
FAT BURN workout
1. Start the 'Cardiovascular Workout' from the
main screen.
3. Choose your gender(MALE / FEMALE)
4. Put your age
5. Put your weight
6. Put your height
Input target value among TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES with
/- button, and push START
The Fat Burn workout is designed to maintain an user’s heart
rate at 65 percent of the theoretical maximum for optimal
results. This workout is ideal for maximizing the aerobic
benefits of exercise by using the body’ s fat stores for fuel.
This workout makes the bike’s level automatically adjusted to
take the heart rate to the pre-selected level and keep it
constantly throughout the workout. For this
workout, the user has to wear a wristband sensor or heart rate
chest belt. (A-7- HEART RATE MONITORING SYSTEM)
2. Select FAT BURN.
If the machine does not read the Heart rate signal from the
chest belt, “Wear heartrate transmitter” is displayed and the
procedure for inputting data can not proceed.
Press 'NEXT' button
7. Input target value.
Initial set-up target for Time is 30 minutes and you can change
your target/goal by clicking TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES buttons.
By the end of workout, User will coduct Cool Down workout
with decreased speed and incline for 3 minutes. (Automatically
will conduct the Cool Down mode with Program Workout)
