4. Lactic Burn Indication
AIT Protocol provides Basic-Mild-Moderate-High-Balance disorder which based
on user physical status, because the lactic burn shall be progress step by step
not to rectilinear pile up.
FitSignal Sport Watch will classify your sport intensity into five stages (Blue to
Red) as shown in below chart:
