Safety precautions
Before plugging in
Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the electrical
rating specified on the underside of the power unit.
Before first use
1. Remove all of the packaging.
2. Wash the parts: see “cleaning”.
3. Eight hours in advance, place the inner bowl into a freezer.
4. Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mix (see recipe ideas).
Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator.

This symbol on the product or in the instructions means that the electrical and
electronic equipment must be disposed of separately from other household
waste when it does not work anymore. The EU has separate waste collection
systems, contact your local dealer or authority for more information.
