6. Starting the shaker
Before connecting the mains plug with the power supply make sure that the tension of the motor
corresponds to your mains voltage.
The shaker can only be started when the sound absorbing cupboard is closed.
Pay attention to the mains voltage!
There are three ways to set the sieving time. It
can be set in seconds, minutes or hours. To do so
press the Mode key until the LED Sek/Min/Std
shines at the desired position.

Seconds: Indication of seconds

Minutes: Indication of minutes and seconds

Hours: Indications of hours and minutes

Turn the main switch to ON
The display appears black. Pressing any key
activates the indication.
Choose the desired sieving time with the
arrow key.
Start the sieving by pressing the
Start/Resume key.
A permanent beep announces the end of the
sieving and has to be acknowledged with the
Stop key
Should the sieving be interrupted or stopped,
press the Stop key and restart with the
Start/Resume key.
The timer can also indicate
time in general .
Setting the clock: Press the Set/Display key until the LED Set shines. Select the time with the arrow
keys. Press the Set/Display key once again, the time is set. To read the time press the Set/Display key
shortly again. The time is indicated. After a short time the time automatically returns to the indication of
the sieving time.
If the main switch is set to OFF, the machine stops. To continue the sieving set the main
switch to ON and press the Start-
Key. By opening and closing the cupboard’s door the
same function is achieved. If the sieving has to be interrupted for a longer time, the sieve
time has to be re-adjusted.
