“PREVENT HOUSE FIRES” 

Install and use only in accordance with manufacturer’s installation 

and operation instructions and local codes. In absence of local codes, installation must meet 

minimum requirements of NFPA 211 in USA. Refer to manufacturer’s instructions and local codes for 

precautions required for passing chimney through a combustible wall or ceiling.

This wood heater needs periodic inspection and repair for proper operation. Consult the owner’s 

manual for further information. It is against federal regulations to operate this wood heater in a manner 

inconsistent with the operating instructions in the owner’s manual.

WARNING: FOR MANUFACTURED HOMES:

 (US Only) Do not install appliance in a sleeping room. 

An outside air inlet must be provided. The structural integrity of the manufactured home’s floor, walls, 

and ceiling must be maintained.

Flue connector pipe must be 6” diameter, minimum 24 MSG blue steel. Chimney must be factory built 

103HT or masonry construction. Contact Local Building or Fire Officials about restrictions and 

installation inspection in your area.

DO NOT CONNECT THIS APPLIANCE TO A CHIMNEY SERVING ANOTHER APPLIANCE.

Floor  protection  must  be  a  minimum  3/8”  (9.5mm)  of  0.84k  material,  or 

0.45R. Must also be placed under any horizontal sections of flue connector, 

extending 2” (51mm) beyond the measurement of the pipe. Use of bottom 

heat shield required on protected floor.
