Unsupported Input Resolution Screen

This screen can be useful to show you that the
Decoder is receiving the stream from the intended
Encoder. However, the video signal being sent to
the encoder is not supported.

is connected to a monitor that does
NOT support Restricted Content
(i.e., the monitor is NOT HDCP
compliant)

is transmitting HDCP-protected
content to the Decoder
Once the Decoder detects that the monitor is not
HDCP compliant, this screen is displayed. If you
suspect that this message was displayed in error,
please call Technical Support.
NOTE:
The version of HDCP protection of the source and the monitor must be compatible for the content to display
successfully. For example, you can have an HDCP 1.4 compliant monitor and still see the screen in
if your source is
HDCP 2.2.
